Step 1: Understand the Basics
​
1. What is a Liquidity Pool?
A pool where users provide XRP and $SCRIBBL to enable trading. In return, they earn a portion of the trading fees.

2. What is Impermanent Loss?
A potential loss in value if the price of XRP or $SCRIBBL changes drastically while your assets are in the pool. Watch this video for a quick explanation.

3. Which deposit option should I choose?
BOTH ($SCRIBBL & XRP) – RECOMMENDED
• How it works:
o You deposit equal value of XRP and $SCRIBBL (e.g., 20 XRP + the equivalent amount of $SCRIBBL).
• Why choose this:
o It’s the most balanced option.
o Best if you already own both XRP and $SCRIBBL.
• Impact: Neutral—doesn’t affect the $SCRIBBL price.

XRP Only – Ideal if You Don’t OWN ANY $SCRIBBL
• How it works:
o Deposit XRP only. Half of it will be used to automatically buy $SCRIBBL to create a balanced pair.
• Why choose this:
o Perfect if you only have XRP.
o Helps support $SCRIBBL’s price by creating a buy on the market.
• Impact: Positive—shows as a buy of $SCRIBBL.

$SCRIBBL Only - Least Preferred
• How it works:
o Deposit $SCRIBBL only. Half of it will be sold for XRP to create a balanced pair.
• Why avoid this:
o Selling $SCRIBBL can negatively affect its price.
o Only use this if you don’t have XRP and still want to contribute.
• Impact: NEGATIVE—shows as a sell of $SCRIBBL (LOWER’s PRICE).

Before proceeding, it’s highly recommended to watch these two quick and animated videos to understand liquidity pools and their risks:
Step 2: Connect Your Wallet to Xmagnetic​​​​
1. Visit Xmagnetic on your desktop or mobile browser and click the Connect Wallet button in the top-right corner.
3. If using a desktop - open the XAMAN app on your mobile app, tap the middle XAMAN button to open the QR scanner, and scan the QR code shown on Xmagnetic. (If only using mobile – tap the “XAMAN APP” button).
2. Select XAMAN Wallet as your wallet option.
4. Once connected, your wallet address will appear in the top-right corner of the Xmagnetic homepage
(where the ‘Connect wallet’ button was previously.)
Step 3: Navigate to the ‘$SCRIBBL’ Token Page
1. Once connected, navigate to the $SCRIBBL token page:
Double-check the token address to ensure you’re in the correct pool.

ALWAYS verify you are contributing to the correct pool as any copycat tokens may look the same – the address is what you use to verify you are contributing to the right one.

Why this is important: There may be copycat tokens that look similar but are not legitimate.
2. On the $SCRIBBL token page, click the AMM button on the right-hand side to access the liquidity pool.
Alternatively, you can use this direct link to the AMM Pool:
As part of this process XAMAN will give you warning that they do not endorse any token being added – this is a standard warning that comes with any token that isn’t XRP.
3. If not already done (or you don’t hold any $SCRIBBL) Click Create Trust Line with $SCRIBBL (on the right-hand side).
If you already hold $SCRIBBL skip to Step 3.5!
4. A QR code will appear, just like in Step 2.3! If using desktop - scan the QR using the XAMAN app on mobile. If only using mobile – tap the “XAMAN APP” button!
5. Approve the transaction in your XAMAN wallet to set up the Trust Line.
Note: A Trust Line allows your wallet to hold and trade $SCRIBBL tokens.
Step 4: Add Liquidity
1. Click the Deposit tab on the right-hand side of the AMM page and choose your deposit method:
​o BOTH (Recommended):
Deposit equal value of XRP and $SCRIBBL. Enter one value (e.g., 20 XRP), and the system will calculate the equivalent amount of $SCRIBBL for you.
o XRP Only:
Deposit XRP, and the system will use half of your XRP to automatically buy $SCRIBBL for the pool. This is great for beginners and helps the $SCRIBBL chart positively.
o SCRIBBL Only:
Deposit $SCRIBBL, and the system will sell half of it for XRP to balance the pair.

Be aware: This will show as a sell on the $SCRIBBL chart.
2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click Submit.
3. A QR code will appear. Scan it with the XAMAN app to approve and sign the transaction.
Step 5: Verify Your Contribution
Once the transaction is complete, you’ll receive a SCRIBBL/XRP LP Token(s) in your wallet.
What is an LP Token?:
It represents your share of the liquidity pool.
​
o You can view your position on the Xmagnetic AMM page anytime.
o As long as your liquidity remains in the pool, you’ll automatically earnfees generated by $SCRIBBL trades.
o When you withdraw your liquidity, your share of the accumulated fees willbe included.
